PET/CT在探查颈部淋巴结病变中的应用价值

摘要 颈部淋巴结病变在临床上并不少见,淋巴瘤、转移癌、结核、炎症等均可引起,对其正确定性诊断有助于评估病情,正确治疗及改善预后.近年多项研究对PET/CT探查颈部淋巴结病变中的应用价值进行分析,这些疾病在PET图像上均可表现为葡萄糖摄取增加,但又有各自影像学表现特点.18氟-脱氧葡萄糖（18-fluorodeoxyglucose,FDG）PET/CT显像标准摄取最大值（standard uptake value,SUVmax）对恶性病变有判断预后的作用.在紧密结合临床的基础上,全身PET/CT诊断颈部淋巴结病变的敏感性和特异性较好.本文对近年来的相关研究做一综述,总结18F-FDG PET/CT在探查颈部淋巴结病变的临床应用价值.
