The article overviewed the different preparation methods of Licoehalcone A, including column chromatography, preparative chromatography, high-speed conntercurrent and biosynthesis method, and research progress of Licochalcone A in anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antibacterial, antimalarial, and metabolism in vivo pharmacological direction at home and abroad.
