摘要
本文以齿形罩为例详细阐述了两板式橡胶模具的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的型芯结构、充气取工件系统,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高;经过在实践中不断优化加工工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术,从而大大缩短了配模时间和模具的制造周期,提高了劳动生产效率,降低了模具的制造成本。
With the dentation cover as an example, the main design point and working process of the rubber mould of two plates are stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mould is greatly improved by the typical core structure and ejector-workpiece system of the charge . The time of mould-make up and the cycle of mould making are greatly shortened by the optimize of machining technics ,the control of machining accuracy and the improvement of mould-make up technique in practice.At the same time,the labour productivity is improved and the manufacture cost of the mould is geatly depressed.
