摘要
目的:探讨对胃食管反流病进行分型论治的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年12月至2013年1月150例胃食管反流病患者的临床资料,分成2组,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组根据中医辨证论治进行分型并对证治疗,观察2组治疗后的临床效果。结果:在总体效果上对照组治愈率37.3%,愈显率81.3%,总有效率89.3%;观察组治愈率56%,愈显率93.3%,总有效率98.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外2组治疗后的临床症状积分比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);在胃镜检查上,2组痊愈率和愈显率以及胃镜分级改善情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性,总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对胃食管反流病进行分型论治可提高临床效果,促进食管黏膜的修复。
objective： to study the classification of gastroesophageal reflux disease clinical effect of treatment.
