刍议苜蓿产业中的风险及其应对策略 被引量:5

摘要 目前,我国苜蓿(Medicago sativa)产业蓬勃发展,但存在于苜蓿产业各环节中的许多风险还未引起人们的足够重视。针对苜蓿产业中存在的风险,从气候、土壤、生物、技术、管理和市场6个方面考量,对36种风险的特征特性及可能的危害与防范途径进行了阐述,其中气候风险6种、土壤风险10种、生物风险5种、技术风险5种、管理风险6种、市场风险4种。同时,提出了应通过增强苜蓿产业风险意识、建立风险管理机制和构建风险防控技术体系等途径,提升我国苜蓿产业风险防范能力,以规避或降低各类风险所带来的危害。 At present, alfalfa industry is booming in China, many risks existed in alfalfa industry has notattracted much attention. Regarding the risk,36 kinds of risk characteristics, possible hazards and prevention ways were studied through climate,soil,biological, technical, management and market, including 6meteorological risks,10 soil risks, 5 kinds of biological risks, 5 technology risks, 6 management risks and4 market risks. It also pointed out that the risk consciousness should be enhanced, the mechanism of riskmanagement should be established and risk prevention and control system to enhance the ability of riskprevention in alfalfa industry should be set up.
