摘要
TACE术后肝内碘油沉积的MRI表现少见报道,且说法不一,意见比较一致的是,碘油在MRI上不产生伪影,不影响肿瘤及其周围肝实质的成像。但对碘油本身的MR成像特点少有描述。MRI可以应用于TACE术后的检查,目前多使用动态造影增强的方法,以观察残存或复发的肿瘤。
Objective:Minority persons storied intrahepatic iodized oil's MRI manifectation and clinical value of liver cancer's TACE postoperative. And also the views about it were different. The major view was that iodized oil didn't emerge artefact and didn't influence the image - forming of liver cancer and liver parenchyma around the cancer. But the image- forming feature of iodized oil itself was not more describe. The examination of liver's TACE postoperative used MRI. At presen't, for observing remnant or recure's cancer,many persons used this way.
