摘要
目的为青蒿琥酯现场推广应用提供优化方案。方法选择安徽省铜陵市灰河乡太阳村江滩型血吸虫病重流行区 ,采用随机方法将人群分为 A、B两组 ,A组在整个感染季节实施全民口服青蒿琥酯预防药物 ;B组则根据试区不同人群接触疫水特点而给予不同预防服药方案。各实验组分别设相应的安慰剂对照组。统计实施 A、B两方案的各项成本费用并进行各方案的费用效果分析。结果实施 A、B两方案后人群感染率分别为0和 0 .1 4 % ,而安慰剂对照组的感染率分别为 5.2 5%和 6.61 %。实施 A方案的人均成本费用为 4 5.4 4元 ,B方案为 2 4 .65元。结论根据人群接触疫水特点而有针对性地给予不同的给药方案 ,其成本费用明显低于全民口服预防药物 ,而且同样可以达到预防血吸虫感染的效果。
Aim To provide optimum scheme of artesunate used for prevention of schistosomiasis in river beach endemic area Methods Taiyang Village, Huihe Township was selected as demonstation area and the experimental residents were randomly divided into two groups In Group A, oral administration of artesunate was given whole the transmission seasons, while in Group B, three different schemes were taken according to the characteristics of contacting with infested water Besides, control groups with placebo were set up Before experiment, stool examination and 40 mg/kg praziquantel were taken among residents The results were evaluated by cost-effect analysis Results After experiment, the human infection rates were 0% and 0 14% in Group A and B, but 5 25% and 6 61% in corresponding control groups respectively The average cost per prson in Group A and B was 45 44 yuan and 24 64 yuan respectively Conclusion To take different schemes of artesunate according to the characteristics of contacting with infested water could not only achieve good effect for prevention of schistosomiasis but reduce the cost
