摘要
利用串联质谱对棘胸蛙的不同发育阶段个显著差异的肌肉蛋白质进行分析,根据质谱数据搜索蛋白数据库成功获得蛋白信息。构建了适应于质谱鉴定的棘胸蛙肌肉蛋白样处理方法,为进一步深入研究影响棘胸蛙发育的蛋白质奠定了基础。
Three significant differences in muscle protein from different developmental stages of Paa spinosa has been analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry,and proteins information are successfully identified by searching international protein database based on mass spectrometry data. Proper treatment of Paa spinosa muscle protein sample are established for MS identification, which laid the foundation for further study on the protein affecting the development of Paa spinosa.
