摘要
通过酸改性安徽明光凹凸棒土为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/凹凸棒土复合型光催化剂,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)测试方法对其矿物组成及形貌进行分析和表征,结果表明:纳米TiO2是锐钛矿型的,其均匀的负载在凹凸棒土上并且与凹凸棒土结合牢固。用纳米TiO2/凹凸棒土光催化剂深度处理洛阳市垃圾渗滤液,研究催化剂投加量、反应时间、pH值等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:在pH值为6,光催化剂投加量浓度0.5 g/L,光照时间为60 min时,垃圾渗滤液中的COD cr、色度去除率分别可达95.8%、99.5%;当pH值为8,氨氮的去除率为84.5%。
Titanium dioxide coated attapulgite was prepared via sol-gel method by a carrier of acidattapulgite from Mingguang in Anhui. The as-prepared composites were characterized with regard to their components,structure,size by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the attapulgite firmly combined with anatase TiO2. Then TiO2/attapulgite composite photocatalysts have been used for treating landfill leachate in Luoyang, The effects of influential factors, such as reaction time,catalyst dosage,pH,ect, on the treatment efficiency are studied. The results show that when its pH is 6, mass concentration of photocatalysts 5.0 g/L, and reaction time 40 min, the removal rates of COD,ehroma could be up to 95.8% ,99.5% ;when its pH is 8 ,ammonia nitrogen could up to 84.5%.
