高导热AlN-TiB_2微波衰减陶瓷制备与性能研究

摘要 以TiB2为微波衰减剂,通过高温热压烧结工艺制备出AlN基微波衰减陶瓷材料。研究了微波衰减剂含量对陶瓷材料的显微结构与热导率、介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着TiB2含量的增加,材料的热导率从110 W/m·K降低到72 W/m·K,微波频率10 GHz下介电常数逐渐增加,介电损耗从0增加到0.17,具备了较好的衰减性能和导热性能。 In this paper, AIN-based microwave attenuation materials by high temperature hot-press sintering were prepared, where TiB2 was attenuation agent. The effect of TiB2 contents on microstructure, thermal conductivity, and dialectical properties was investigated. The results show that with the content of attenuation agent increasing, the thermal conductivity decreases from 110 to 72 W/m. K, the dielectric constant at 10 GHz increases and the dielectric loss rises to 0.16 from zero. The attenuation ceramic has achieved good comprehensive property.
