摘要
报告1例肾囊肿术后合并双肺坠积性肺炎的抢救与护理,重点介绍在病情观察、重要脏器功能的监护与坠积性肺炎治疗和护理方面的经验,体会到加强患者术后管理对预防老年病人术后坠积性肺炎至关重要。
To report rescue and nursing of a case of bilateral lung hypostatic pneumonia after renal cyst unroof- ing. By summarizing the experience of monitoring the function ＂of vital organ and nursing of this case, we think it is crucial to strengthen the management after surgery for preventing hypostatic pneumonia in elderly patient.
