摘要
探讨如何加强医院医护人员的思想政治工作问题,结合医院实际,提出了改进工作方法、保障职工权益、构建医院文化等思想政治工作新论点。
To explore how to strengthen hospital ideology and political work and come up with solutions to im- prove working methods and guarteen the rights of workers and establish hopital culture etc.
