摘要
随着医改的逐步深入和社会发展需要的提高,医疗人才短缺问题十分突出,加强人才培养是公立医院实现"盘活"现有人才、引进优秀人才、保障医院可持续发展的重要措施之一。医院进行人才培养,要坚持科学的原则,选择合适的人才培养模式,处理好人才的培养和使用、整体和部分之间的关系。
Along with the gradual deepening of reform and the practical needs of social development, shortage of medical personnel is very outstanding, strengthening personnel training is one of the important measures for the public hospital to "invigorate" existing talents, introduce new talents, and to guarantee the sustainable development of hospi- tal. In the course of talents training, it is essential to stick to scientific principles, choose appropriate talents trianing mode, properly tackle the relationship between personnel cultivation and utilization, and the relationship between holistic body and individual parts.
