摘要
农村地区养老服务社会工作者是为农村地区生活身处困境的老年人提供照顾的专业服务人群,对其进行培训有利于满足农村地区养老服务多元化的需求。本文在分析当前农村地区养老服务社会工作者培训面临的缺乏本土化、缺乏全面性、培训机制不健全、缺乏跟踪监督等问题的基础上,提出相应针对性的对策。
Pension service social worker in rural elderly in distress living in rural areas,and training area is a professional service group to provide care of thorn to meet the diverse needs of pension service in rural areas. Based on the analysis of the problems that pension service social workers＇ training in rural area faced problems, such as the lack of localization, the lack of comprehensiveness, the training mechanism is not sound, and the lack of follow- up supervision and so on,in view of these problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
