摘要
目的 :探讨妊娠37～42周孕妇分娩时脐血和母血脂类水平。方法 :选取73例住院产妇为观察对象 ,分娩时留取脐血和母血测定脂类物质包括胆固醇总量 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL -C)、高密度蛋白胆固醇2(HDL2 -C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇3(HDL3 -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (VLDL -C)。结果 :妊娠晚期孕妇血脂水平高于非孕水平。脐血脂水平明显低于母血脂水平 (P<0.001)。合并妊高症孕妇的脐血TC、TG、LDL -C 、VLDL -C明显高于正常妊娠脐血脂水平 (P<0.001, P<0.01)。结论 :妊娠晚期孕妇处于高血脂状态。脐血脂水平明显低于母血脂水平 ,母血脂变化可影响脐血脂变化。
Objective: To evaluate blood lipids level of mother and cord in 37～42 week pregnancy. Methods: The cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and its subgroups (HDL2-C, HDL3-C) as well as low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and its subgroups (VLDL-C) were determined in 73 pregnant women. Results: The all lipids level in pregnant women were higher than those in nonpregnant women. The cord blood lipids were significantly lower than mothers (p<0.001). TC, TG, LDL-C*,VLDL-C* in PIH of cord blood lipids were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy (p<0.001,*p<0.01). Conclusion: It is high blood lipids in third terminal pregnancy. Cord blood lipids were significantly lower than mothers. The changes of blood lipids of cord may be associated with the change of blood lipids of mother.
