摘要
基于节能生态道路的设计理念,研究了以再生骨料为集料的透水水泥混凝土的力学性能和透水性能。采用正交试验研究水胶比、聚丙烯纤维、颜料、矿渣4个因素对透水水泥混凝土性能的影响,并引入功效系数法进行分析。结果表明:水胶比对再生骨料透水水泥混凝土的性能影响最大,其次为聚丙烯纤维;水胶比提高,其力学强度和透水性能均下降;提高聚丙烯纤维掺量可以改善其力学强度,但降低了透水性能;颜料对其性能影响不显著;矿渣掺量增大,其抗压强度和透水性能均提高。配合比设计合理,再生骨料透水水泥混凝土能够满足轻级交通道路的力学要求和透水功能。
Based on energy-saving and ecological design theory, the influence of recycled aggregate on mechanical properties and permeability of porous cement concrete are studied. Qrthogonal test is used to research the effects of four factors on its performance, which are water cement ratio, polypropylene, pigment and slag. Efficacy coefficient method is brought to consider its effects. Results show that water cement ratio affects comprehensive properties of porous concrete most, then polypropylene content. The increase of water cement ratio deteriorates mechanical strength and lower permeability coefficient. The increase of polypropylene content could improve flexural strength. Slag content has no significant influence on its performance. Compressive strength and permeability performance are both improved with increasing of water cement ratio. If mixture ratio design is reasonable, porous cement concrete with recycled aggregate fits the requirements of light traffic road.
