摘要
风险管理是工程项目管理的永恒主题,直接关系到施工项目的进度、成本和质量。针对在跨既有线悬臂施工连续梁桥施工阶段风险评价问题研究的不足,在参考前人研究成果的基础上,结合现场经验,建立了既有线悬臂施工连续梁桥施工阶段风险评价指标体系。在利用三指标模糊层次法计算权重后,首次采用可拓模糊理论建立了评价各指标及整个项目风险等级的模型。并通过对某在建项目进行实证研究,证实了该模型的可操作性,可供类似桥梁施工阶段的风险管理提供借鉴。
Risk management is an eternal subject of project management, which is directly related to the construction project schedule, cost and quality. For the lack of risk evaluation studies on continuous beam bridge cantilever construction across existing lines, based on the results of previous studies and combined field experience, firstly established the risk evaluation index system on continuous beam bridge cantilever construction crossing over existing line. Then by using FAHP method with three indicators, calculates each indicator' and the overall project' risk level for the first time. Finally, the operability of the model is verified through empirical study on a certain project, which provides reference for risk management of similar bridge in construction stage.
