摘要
目的 检测地塞米松诱发 NIH小鼠先天性腭裂时对表皮生长因子受体 ( EGFR)表达的影响。方法 在 GD12 1 2天小时给怀孕小鼠腹腔注射磷酸地塞米松注射液 ( 5 0 mg/kg) ,对照组则以等量生理盐水代替。分别于GD13 1 2 、GD14 1 2 、GD15 1 2 天小时 取出胎鼠头部标本 ,作冠状位切片。采用免疫组化方法检测胚胎腭中 EGFR的表达。结果 EGFR的表达随胚胎腭的发育而增高 ,实验组 EGFR增高的速度较慢。结论 地塞米松诱发先天性腭裂发病与
Objective To explore effects of Dexamethasone on EGFR expression during induction cleft palate.Methods Pregnant NIH mice were injected Dexamethasone(50mg/kg) intraperitoneally in GD 12 12 , control group mice were given the same dose of NS. Fetuses were removed out in GD13 12 、GD14 12 、GD15 12 , heads were sliced in coronal plane. Expression of EGFR in embryonic palate were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results Expression of EGFR is on the same level on both group in GD13 12 , and is lower in experimental group in GD14 12 ( P <0.05). In GD15 12 , expression of EGFR is lower in mesenchymal cell( P <0.05) and higher in MEE cell of experimental group.Conclusion Cleft palate induced by Dexamethasone may be related with alterated expression of EGFR.
