摘要
我国面临高校科技成果转化率低的难题,而团队建设对高校科技成果转化非常重要。从知识网络的视角,在界定高校科技成果转化团队知识网络结构与行为的基础上,以南昌大学江风益教授的高校科技成果转化团队为案例进行知识网络结构与行为分析,进而对其知识网络结构与行为的演化过程进行深入研究,为我国高校科技成果转化团队建设和优化提供理论借鉴。
There is a difficult problem in college sci-tech achievements transformation, and the key is team building. Based on defining the structure and behaviors of college sci-tech achievements transformation team, the actuality of structure and behavior of knowledge network of college sci-tech achievements transformation team is analyzed with the case of Jiang Fengyi professor of Nanchang University from the angle of case analysis. And then the evolvement of knowledge network of college sci-tech achievements transformation team is deeply studied, which can provide references for Chinese college sci-tech achievements transformation teams＇ building and optimizing.
