摘要 电机温升直接影响着电机的使用寿命和安全运行。采用流体动力学软件STAR-CD对某外转子内水冷风力发电机的温度场进行数值模拟,对影响温升的工艺参数进行了六种方案的对比分析,得出散热管与定子支架间的接触热阻及定子铁心与定子支架间的接触热阻对线圈温升的影响较大;通过在散热管与定子支架间填充导热硅脂来减少接触热阻及控制工艺参数减少定子铁心与定子支架间的接触热阻,对电机温升有很大改善,且计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。 Temperature rise directly affects service life and safely operation of an electric motor. Using the CFD software called STAR-CD, the temperature field of an outer rotor-inner cooled wind generator was stimulated, and contrastive analysis was made for six programs of technological parameter that impacts the motor temperature rise. The result showed that thermal contact resistance between heat pipes and the stator spider and that between the stator core and the stator spider havd a major influence on the coil temperature rise. Reducing thermal contact resistance of the two parts by adding thermal silicone grease between heat pipes and the stator spider and controlling processing parameter had improved the motor temperature rise, and the result of simulation was agreed well with the experimental data.
