摘要
健全农村基层卫生服务体系是中国新一轮医改的重点内容。中医药具有简便、价廉、安全等特点,有利于解决群众反映较多的"看病难、看病贵"问题。当前,在我国农村基层医疗实践中,中医药服务发挥着重要作用,但也存在许多亟待解决的问题。在查阅国内有关中医药服务于农村基层医疗实践的文献基础上,结合自己长期接触农村基层医疗实践的工作体会,分析和总结在农村乡镇卫生院和村卫生室开展中医药服务的现状及存在的问题,并提出建议和展望。
Perfecting the rural grassroots health service system is the main content of the new meical reform in China. Traditional Chinese medicine service is simple, cheap, safe, and can help solve the problem of ＂too difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂. At present, in rural grassroots medical practice of our country, traditional Chinese medicine service plays an important role, but there are also many problems to be solved. In this paper, based on the literature about relevant traditional Chinese medicine service in rural grassroots medical practice, and the long-term work experience in rural health service institution, the current situation, problems about traditional Chinese medi- cine services in rural grassroots medical practice were summarized, and suggestion were provided.
