摘要
2012年好汉泊水库完成了库容扩建工程,满足了亚布力镇、亚布力林业局的供水需要及亚布力滑雪旅游度假区的造雪等用水需要。为了解新的水位下浮游植物群落结构的变化,于2011年和2012年的5、7、9月,对亚布力水源地好汉泊水库浮游植物群落结构进行了调查研究。结果表明:水库扩容后浮游植物丰度(21.6×104ind·L-1~1038×104ind·L-1)和生物量(0.15 mg·L-1~17.05 mg·L-1)均比2011年生物量(0.79~9.63mg·L-1)、丰度(10.8×104ind·L-1~537.6×104ind·L-1)有所增加,绿藻门种类数上升幅度最大,蓝藻门种类种数也有明显增加。2012年Shannon-Weaver指数在1.85~3.3之间,2011年在2.34~4.5之间,水质评价均为贫-中营养水平。
The changes in phytoplankton community structure and water quality were monitored in Haohanpo Reservoir in which ca- pacity expansion was completed to meet the Yabuli town, Yabuli Forestry water supply needs and Yabuli Ski Resort snowmaking wa- ter need in May, July, September of both 201 != and 2012. The results show that there were the phytoplankton abundance from 21.6 x 104 ind -L-~ to 1038 ~ 104ind'L-~ and biomass 0f0.15mg-L^- 17.05mg'L:~ in Haohanpo Reserv0it afle~ the capacity expansion, high' er than those (biomass: 0.97-9.63 mg-L-~, abundance: 10.8 x l04 ind L-1- 537.6 l04 ind L1) in 2011. The specieg numbers were found to be increase in Chlorophyta, and Cyanophyta significantly, and Shannon-Weaver index Was varied from 1.85 go 3.3 in 2012, and from 2.34 to 4.5 in 2011 .The water quality evaluation was among the oligo-mid-trophic levels.
