摘要
为筛选适合成都平原本地的大花蕙兰瓶苗移栽基质,以水苔基质为对照,设置了8种不同基质组合。结果表明,油菜秸秆(粒径10 mm^20 mm)为成都平原地区大规模生产大花蕙兰瓶苗最适宜的移栽基质,其小苗成活率和各项生长指标较好,且原料丰富、价格低廉。
In order to screen the optimal transplanting substratum, 8 kinds of substrata or mixed substrata were used for transplanting test-tube plantlets of Cymbidium hybridium, and sphagna were used as a con- trol. Results indicated that rape straw (20 mm-30 mm particle size) would be the optimum substratum for transplanting the test-tube plantlets of Cymbidium hybridium in Chengdu Plain, because it would bring a higher survival rate and growth index of plantlets, and had an abundant supply and lower costs.
