摘要
目的:通过对手法复位联合小夹板外固定与手术切开复位内固定两种方法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的比较,探讨手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年6月至2011年6月在我院骨科接受治疗的肱骨外科颈骨折患者78例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。观察组采用手法复位联合小夹板外固定进行治疗,对照组采用手术切开复位内固定进行治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行对比。结果:观察组的肩关节功能优良率及治疗有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有损伤小、骨折处愈合较快及患者所受痛苦小等特点,临床效果显著。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation in treatment of fracture of surgical neck of humerus, And then compared the clinical efficacy on manipulative reduction and operation with open reduction and internal fixation of two methods. Method： 78 cases of surgical neck of humerus from Jun. 2008 to Jun. 2011 treated in our hospital depart- ment of orthopedics fracture were seleeted, and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group, with 39 eases in each group. The observation group were treated with manipulative reduction joint small splint external fixation treatment, control group were used the operation of open reduction and internal fixation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared . Result： The efficiency of the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function and treatment observation was significantly higher than those in control group. There＇s statistically significant difference { P〈0.05}. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy on manipulative reduction joint small splint external fixation treatment of fracture of surgical neck of humerus has the charac- teristic of less damage,the fracture healing rate and patients suffer less pain, and the clinical effect is significant.
