摘要
高职学报要发展壮大,人是第一位的因素,编辑部不可能引进科班出身的编辑,只有面向校内招聘青年教师,所以学报编辑部承担着培养青年编辑的重任。青年编辑有独特的个性,他们喜欢挑战自己,积极寻找发展空间,但面对工作压力容易动摇退缩。针对青年编辑的特点,文章提出了培养对策:珍惜青年编辑的加盟,营造良好的工作氛围;提高青年编辑的业务水平,使他们有能力不出错;让青年编辑参与各种活动,使他们有信心做好工作;解决青年编辑现实问题,使他们能安心工作。
Editors play an important part in the development of college journals. However, it is difficult for vocational colleges to employ editors of regular professional training, so some young teachers with no editorial training or experience are recruited, and one of the important tasks of editorial department is to train young editors. Young editors have their own individual personalities. They like to challenge themselves and actively seek development space, but they are easily frustrated by working stress. In this paper some strategies are proposed to train young editors, such as creating preferable working atmosphere, developing their professional skills, inviting them to participate in varied activities, and solving their realistic problems.
