摘要
为研究温拌再生沥青混合料的性能,设计了添加Thiopave温拌再生剂的AC-20温拌再生沥青混合料,采用马歇尔残留稳定度试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、动态蠕变试验、低温小梁弯曲试验评价其水稳定性、高温稳定性、抗疲劳性、低温性能,并将其与普通热再生沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明,Thiopave温拌再生沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,适用于大中修路面工程。
In order to research the performance of warming mixing regenerated asphalt mixture, this paper designs AC- 20 warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture with addition of Thiopave warming mixing regenerant, and evaluates its water stability, high-temperature stability, fatigue resistance and low-temperature performance by means of residual Marshall stability test, freeze-thaw splitting test, wheel rutting test, dynamic creep test and low-temperature small beam bending test, and compares it with common hot regenerated asphalt mixtures. The result shows that the Thiopave warm mixing regenerated asphalt mixture exhibits perfect road performance and is applicable to pavement projects of heavy and medium maintenance.
