摘要
城市零散工属于异地务工人员,是中国城镇化发展中出现的特殊群体,是城市建设的主力军。本研究通过对西安市内零散工等工招工、住宿、救助管理等城市驻留空间供给模式的调研与分析,总结出现存的问题与矛盾。在社会发展的一段时期内,为改善零散工生活境况,促进其就业正规化,本文提出零散工城市"驻留空间"新型供给模式。该模式从当代中国典型大城市出发,发掘城市立体交通中低利用率的"失落空间",以"失落空间"为基地,根据零散工的实际需求,对"驻留空间"内功能、设施、管理模式、资金来源进行了探索性设计。最后针对城市驻留空间模式提出配套的保障体系和措施建议,以提高模式的可行性。
With the development of China＇ s urbanization, there exists a special group, known as city odd - job men. These migrant workers constitute the main force in the city construction. The study intends to analyze the existing problems and contradictions on the basis of the investigation of city odd - job men＇ s condition in Xi＇ an, such as recruitment, accommodation and relief management. In order to improve their living conditions and promote the regularization of employment in the certain period , the paper puts forward a new supply model of City Staying Space for city odd -job men. The model, based on the contem- perary Chinese large cities and the ＂lost space＂ in three -dimensional transportation, makes an exploratory design of function, facilities, management mode, funding sources in City Staying Space. Finally, the paper proposes a security system and some supporting measures to improve the feasibility of the model.
