摘要
高校学生公寓量大面广,对学生的学生生活关系密切。本文对南方地区现有高校学生公寓的使用状况进行了调查,发现普遍存在公共交往空间不足、卫浴空间设置不够合理以及建筑细节设计不完善等问题,结合厦大学生公寓新楼实际项目的设计,以人为本,力求解决现有问题,为未来南方高校学生公寓设计提供一些新的策略。
Student dormitory is a widely used building type anti concerns closely the lives of its occupants. This paper on the survey of actual usage of student dorm in southern China, discovers some usually present problems as the lack of public social space, inappropriate layout of bathrooms and the imperfection of detail design. Then in the design of the new dorm buildings of Xiamen University, based on human - oriented principal we to solve the existing problensand offer some new strategies for the design of student dormitories in southern China in the future.
