摘要
对木棉花的中性水提取液、酸性水提取液和碱性水提取液中分离得到的多糖含量进行了测定分析 ,结果表明 ,木棉花中中性提取的多糖含量为 1 5 4% ,碱提取的多糖含量为 1 0 6 % ,酸提取的多糖含量为 0 88%。
The content of polysaccharides,which were extracted from dried Bambax malabaricum by de-ion water、1% HAc and 0.1mol/L NaOH,were determinated to be 1.54%、0.88% and 1.06%,respectively.
