摘要
通过在Mg PSZ陶瓷材料中少量掺杂Al2 O3或SiO2 ,可使材料在较低温度 (≤ 1 5 5 0℃ )下实现液相烧结 ,使材料的烧结温度大幅度降低。随Al2 O3、SiO2 掺杂量摩尔分数在 1 %~ 4%范围内增加 ,材料中m ZrO2 相组成增加 ,相应的烧结密度降低。所形成的镁铝尖晶石相多分布于ZrO2 晶粒间 ,而形成的镁橄榄石相多镶嵌于ZrO2 晶粒内。
Study on liquid phase sintering of MgO partially stabilised zirconia with Al 2O 3 and SiO 2 additives was made.Mg PSZ ceramics sintered at lower temperature(≤1550℃)was obtained by means of composition design(the amount of Al 2O 3 and SiO 2 additives is from 1mol% to 4 mol%.Experimental data show that the content of monoclinic zirconia phase was increased,while the bulk density of samples was decreased with increasing Al 2O 3,SiO 2 additives.Spinel(MgAl 2O 4)phase formed in the MgO ZrO 2 Al 2O 3 system always located between ZrO 2 grain boundary,but forsterite (Mg 2SiO 4) phase formed in the MgO ZrO 2 SiO 2 system always implanted in ZrO 2 grains.
