摘要 Felty综合征是类风湿性关节炎的一种少见特殊类型.Felty综合征合并肝硬化文献见散见个例报道.通过分析本例病例的临床表现及辅助检查结果,明确肝硬化原因由类风湿性关节炎引起.对于不明原因的肝硬化患者,如果有类风湿性关节炎、粒细胞减少症和脾脏肿大,需要考虑Felty综合征. Felty＇s syndrome is a rare special type of rheuma- toid arthritis. Felty＇s syndrome with liver cirrho- sis is even rarer. Here we report a case of felty＇s syndrome with liver cirrhosis that was diagnosed based on the analysis of clinical manifestations and laboratory and imaging findings. For patients with liver cirrhosis of unknown cause, Felty＇ s syndrome should be considered if they have rheumatoid arthritis, neutropenia and splenomegaly.
