血红蛋白源抗菌片段的研究进展 被引量：1

A REVIEW ON THE ANTIMICROBIAL FRAGMENTS DERIVED FROM HEMOGLOBIN

摘要 抗菌肽也称宿主防御肽，通常是指一类具有2—9个正电荷，由12—100个氨基酸组成的阳离子肽，它们由单独的基因编码，发挥着独特的抗菌作用。迄今，从哺乳动物、鸟类、两栖类、鱼类、昆虫和植物等各类生物中均分离得到抗菌肽，已鉴定或推导并登陆的抗菌肽序列有2170条（2013年2月APD：http：//aps.unmc.edu/AP/about．php）。
