摘要
本文探讨了以小径级人工林杉木为原料制造单板层积材 (L VL )的可行性。研究采用二次正交旋转组合设计 ,系统分析了热压温度、热压时间及热压压力三因子与 L VL 物理力学性能的关系 ,并得到了实验室制作杉木 L VL 的优化工艺。研究结果表明 ,人工林杉木 L VL的物理力学性能优越。
The paper deals with possibility of manufacturing laminated veneer lumber (LVL) from small logs of plantation Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata). The effects of three factors, i.e., hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time and pressure, were analyzed by means of the mathematical model- 'Quadratic Orthogonal Rotable Combination Design'. The optimum technological parameters were determined and the results showed that properties of LVL from plantation Chinese Fir meet the requirements of the highest rank of the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS).
