摘要
目的探讨酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将84例慢性喘息型支气管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例,两组患者均给予常规内科治疗,对照组患者在此基础上加用孟鲁司特,观察组患者加用酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率92.9%,显著高于对照组患者的76.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.738,P<0.05)。结论采用酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎临床疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ketotifen combined with montelukast in treatment ol chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Eighty-four cases of chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group, 42 cases in each group, all cases were given conventional treatment, based on this pa- tients in control group were given montelukast, patients in observation group were treated by ketotifen combined with montelukast, clinical effect were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92.9%,was significantly higher than the control group （76.2%）,there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ketotifen combined with montelukast in treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis has good clinical effect and high safety, it is worthy of further clinical application.
