摘要
目的通过分析食管结核的临床诊断及超声内镜表现资料,提高对该病的正确诊断率。方法分析胃镜及超声内镜下表现,常见临床治疗。结果食管结核通过超声内镜下穿刺活检明确诊断,抗结核治疗有效。结论食管结核是较少见的疾病,超声内镜检查在食管疾病的鉴别中有重要意义。
Objective To improve the correct diagnostic rate of esophageal tuberculosis （TB） through the analysis of its clinical diagnosis and endoscopic ultrasonography manifestations. Methods Analyzed the manifestations under endo- scope and endoscopic uhrasonography as well as its common clinical treatment. Results Esophageal tuberculosis was diagnosed by biopsy under endoscopic ultrasonography and anti-tb treatment was effective. Conclusion Esophageal tuberculosis （TB） is a rare disease and the endoscopic uhrasonography examination has important role in differential diagnosis of esophageal diseases.
