摘要
慢性心力衰竭简称为心衰,是心血管疾病的最终归宿,也是主要的死亡原因,以心悸、喘促、尿少、浮肿等为主要临床表现的危重症。心衰相当于中医学中的喘证、痰饮、水肿、心悸等病范畴。本病本虚标实,阳气亏虚为本,瘀血、痰饮、水湿内停为标。临床用温阳利水、化痰祛瘀平喘、益气养血法,治疗心衰获得较好的疗效。
