摘要
随着计算机网络教学的迅速发展，网络教学环境下的“教”与“学”的概念与传统教学相比已经发生了变化。新环境对教师提出了更高的要求。
With the rapid development of network for teaching use,the traditional 'teaching'and 'learning'have been changed greatly. The teachers must upgrade themselves to match the new demand of the situation.
