摘要
英语是高等职业院校一门重要的基础课程，而进入高职院校的学生英语水平普遍偏低，如何做好差生的转化工作就成了一线教师亟待解决的问题。本文分析了目前高职学生英语学习现状及差生产生的原因，并结合笔者多年的教学体会提出了高职英语教学中差生转化的一学对策。
English is an important basic subject in higher vocational colleges. It is an urgent task to help the slow students improve their performance. This paper analyzes he current situation of the students learning English and the causes for the emergence of the slow students,and brings up the countermeasure aiming at helping the slow students in higher vocational English teaching.
