摘要
Goldenhar综合征是一种罕见的由于第一、二鳃弓发育异常造成的一种先天性遗传缺陷,本文系统地阐述了Goldenhar综合征脊柱症状的发育性病因、多样性的临床表现及其治疗措施,对于Goldenhar综合征的临床治疗提供一定的帮助。
Goldenhar syndrome is a congenital defect involving first and second branchial arch derivatives, this article reviewed the developmental pathogenesis of Goldenhar syndrome＇ spinal abnormity, diverse clinical manifestations and corresponding treatment, which will give assistances to the clinical treatment of Goldenhar syndrome.
