摘要
为了了解野生与栽培蓝靛果果实提取物的体外抗氧化活性,测定了以黑龙江省不同产地野生与栽培蓝靛果果实提取物制备的不同质量浓度样液对DPPH·、·OH及O2ˉ·自由基的清除率,并利用DPS3.01软件对测定结果进行了方差分析。结果表明:不同产地野生与栽培蓝靛果果实提取样液对DPPH·、·OH及O2ˉ·自由基均有较强的清除作用,且其清除率随着样液质量浓度的加大而提高,但当P<0.01时,野生与栽培蓝靛果果实提取样液对DPPH·、·OH及O2ˉ·的清除能力之间均无差异。
In order to know the antioxidant activity in vitro of extracts from wild and cultivated Lonicera edulis, wild and cultivated L. edulis fruits from different regions in Heilongjiang Province were extracted, scavenging activities of different mass concentrations of sample liquids to DPPH o, . OH and O2- were measured, and the determination results were analyzed by DPS3.01 software. The results show that the extracts from wild and cultivated L. edulis fruits had stronger scavenging effect on DPPH ., 0 OH and O2^-.. And with increasing mass concentration of sample liquids, scavenging rate is improved. But scavenging abilities of extracts from wild and cultivated L. edulis fruits to DPPH o, . OH and O2- have no differences as P 〈 0.01.
