摘要
目的探讨颈前路减压PEEK融合器治疗单间隙颈椎病的临床疗效。方法采用颈前路减压PEEK融合器内固定治疗37例颈椎病患者,评价其治疗效果。结果患者均获随访,时间24个月。术后早期四肢运动功能恢复较好,感觉障碍恢复较慢;术前肌张力高者术后肌张力下降;患者肢体灵活性改善。骨性融合时间为10-15周。术后患者JOA评分明显高于术前。结论颈前路减压PEEK融合器内固定治疗颈椎退变性疾病,假关节及邻近节段的退变发生率较低,是治疗颈椎病安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the anterior cervical decompression and fusion with PEEK （polyetheretherketone） in treatment of single-gap cervical spondylosis.Methods All 37 cases of cervical spondylosis were treated with anterior cervical decompression and fusion PEEK fixation.Patients were followed up for 24 months.Results The early postoperative recovery of motor function of limbs was better,while the sensory disturbances slowly recovered.The muscle tension decreased in patients with preoperative high muscle tension.The limb flexibility was improved after surgery.The bony fusion time ranged from 10 to 15 weeks.JOA score decreased significantly after surgery.Conclusion Anterior decompression with PEEK fixation is a safe and effective method to treat cervical degenerative diseases with lower incidences of false joints and adjacent segment degeneration.
