摘要
以"林书豪现象"为契机,通过林书豪的成长脉络的演进对其成功因素和成功意义进行分析,对比找寻对中国篮球运动的发展有益的启示.研究认为林书豪的成功主要依赖于其外部与内部环境的共同作用,其外部影响因素主要有美国篮球文化、美国篮球运动体制、竞赛体系和篮球运动训练科学化,内部影响因素在于其卓越的人生追求,对比中国篮球运动发展现状,从人才发展规律的角度出发,对中国篮球运动发展有所启示.
With the Lin Shu-hao phenomenon and through his growing process, this paper analyzed the factors and significance of his success and find the beneficial inspirations for the development of Chinese basketball by comparing with Chinese athletes. The results show that the American basketball culture, the American basketball system ,the competition system and the scientific basketball training are the external influence factors of his success and the internal factors lies in his pursuiting on excellence in the all life. Contrasting the present situation of the Chinese basketball development, this paper want to enlighten the Chinese basketball development in the talent athletes＇ self-confidence and contradictions between studying and training basis to the point of view of the development of talent,the construction of the basketball cul- ture,the perfecting of the system＇s construction, the strengthening of the system＇s professional league marketization and the scientific training according to the basketball development rules.
