摘要
目的:探讨中医补气活血法治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年1月本院收治的冠心病患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者给予西药治疗,观察组给予中医补气活血法治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果:对照组临床疗效总有效率为75.0%(30/40),观察组临床疗效总有效率为92.5%(37/40),观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医补气活血法治疗冠心病临床效果确切,且提高了治疗疗效。
Objective： To explore the effect of the treatment of coronary heart disease （ CHD ） with chinese traditional medicine invigorating qi and activating blood method. Method： 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were chosen and randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from January 20t0 to January 2013. The control group was given western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given chinese traditional medicine invigorating qi and activating blood method , and then contrast and observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Result： The efficient on clinical effect of the control group was 75.0% （ 30/40 ）, and the efficient on clinical effect of the treatment group was 92.5% （ 37/40 ）, the effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group , There was significant difference statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The treatment of coronary heart disease （ CHD ）with chinese traditional medicine invigorating qi and activating blood method has clinical curative effect, and improves the clinical curative effect.
