摘要
凸轮机构是横切机上的重要部件之一,已经由传统的机械式过渡到电子式,电子凸轮的功能强大,可以实现复杂工艺过程应用。描述了系统的原理、结构,并基于路斯特高端伺服驱动器Servo one的内部编程环境,使用符合IEC61131—3标准并支持CodeSys V3.0平台的PLC编程语言。实现了电子凸轮曲线规划、飞剪算法,大大提高了横切机的灵活性、精度、速度。
The cam mechanism is one of the major functional components of cross-cutting machine,it has been developed from mechanical style to electronic style,the powerful functions of electronic cam makes it suitable for the application of complicated process.The structure of the system and the control principle was mainly introduced.Based on internal programming environment of LUST advanced servo drive servo-one,with CodeSys V3.0 software that accordance the IEC61131 standard programming languages,we achieve the electronic cam motion control algorithm,greatly improved the accuracy and speed of the cross-cutting machine.
