摘要
目的:探讨控制性降压在巨大甲状腺肿瘤切除术中的应用。方法:选取2011年2月-2013年2月本院收治的巨大甲状腺肿瘤患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组给予控制性降压治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的出血量、输血量均明显减少,输液量明显增多,手术时间明显缩短,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:控制性降压在巨大甲状腺肿瘤切除术中具有较高的安全性,对有指征的患者运用能够避免手术过程中输异体血。
Objective： To investigate the application of controlled hypotension in the resection of giant thyroid tumors. Method： 50 cases of giant thyroid tumor patients who had been admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected, these patients were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 25 cases.The observation group were given antihyperteusive control treatment, and the control group conventional treatment.Result： Compared to the control group, the amount of bleeding and blood transfusion of patients in the observation group was significantly less, the transfusion volume was significantly higher, and the operation time was significantly shorter, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： Controlled hypotension resection has high safety in the treatment of giant benign tumor of thyroid, it can avoid allogeneic blood lose of patients who are in operation.
