摘要
目的探讨循证护理在使杂合肾脏替代治疗救治有机磷中毒患者中的效果。方法选择2009年1月1日至2012年12月31日重庆医科大学附属第一医院收治的有机磷中毒患者共52例,将其随机均分为常规护理组(采用常规护理模式)、循证护理组(采用循证护理模式)。评价患者精神状态、生活质量、认知能力、累计阿托品用量、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、对护理质量的满意度。结果两组患者入院时一般资料、各项评分资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院1周后,与常规护理组相比,循证护理组精神状态、生活质量、认知能力均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);循证护理组累计阿托品用量更小、胆碱酯酶恢复时间更快、对护理质量的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论有机磷中毒患者行杂合肾脏替代治疗时,采用循证护理模式进行护理,可显著改善患者的精神状态、生活质量、自我认知能力,并显著促进患者身体机能的恢复、提升疗效和护理质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of evidence-based nursing（EBN）in patients receiving heterozygous renal replacement（HRR）therapy after organophosphate poisoning.Methods 52patients with organophosphate poisoning,treated in this hospital from Jan.1 2009to Dec.31 2012,were randomly divided into control group,receiving routine nursing,and observation group,receiving EBN.Mental state,quality of life,cognitive ability,cumulative dosage of atropine,cholinesterase recovery time and degree of satisfaction with the quality of care were evaluated.Results General data and score of various evaluation were without difference between the two groups at admission（P0.05）.Compared with control group,1week after admission,state of mind,quality of life and cognitive abilities were better in experiment group（P0.05）.Atropine accumulated amount was smaller,cholinesterase recovery time was shorter and the satisfaction on the quality of care was higher in experiment group than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of EBN in patients receiving HRR therapy after organophosphate poisoning could be effective to improve mental state,quality of life and self-cognitive abilities,and could remarkably promote the recovery of physical function and enhance the efficacy and quality of care.
