摘要
以顶部籽晶 (TSSG)法生长出透明的没有开裂的 KL N晶体。采用场冷法对晶体进行极化。测试 KL N晶体 X-射线衍射图 ,并计算晶格常数。测试 KL N晶体的红外透射光谱。研究影响 KL N晶体产生开裂和失透的原因和克服措施。经过倍频得到了波长为 44 1nm的蓝光。
The clear and free crack KLN crystal was grown by TSSG method.Crystal was polarized by field cooling method.The X ray diffraction and infrared transmittance spectra of KLN crystal were measured and the lattice constants of the crystal were calculated.The cause of cracking and losing clear of KLN crystal was studied.The blue light with wavelength of 441 nm was obtained by double frequency.
