摘要
在工业企业中完善"产、学、研"项目既是学校培养应用型人才的重要途径,也是企业自身走科技发展的良策。目前,从学校角度研究"产、学、研"项目内容较多;而文中试图从企业角度进行探讨,其既可实现优势互补、资源共享,也可实现节省成本、风险分摊效应,并最终提升企业的整体技术能级。在企业完善"产、学、研"项目的管理中,设定归口的产、学、研项目管理部门,通过项目管理方式,在项目立项管理、项目过程管理和项目验收管理三个层面进行强化管理,方可保证产、学、研项目的有效实施。
To enhance the industry-university-research cooperation in industrial enterprises is both an important w ay for training applied talents and a good plan for the technological development of the enterprise itself.Currently,there are a lot of researches on industrial-enterprise-cooperation from the university-oriented perspective.This paper attempts to explore this issue from the enterprise-oriented perspective.It can be expected that not only ＂complementariness＂and ＂resource sharing ＂but also ＂cost saving＂and＂risking sharing＂effect can be achieved,and that ultimately the company＇s overall technological level can be raised.This paper proposes,in the process of project management,a centralized management department of industry-university-research through project management measures at the three levels of ＂setting management＂,＂processing management＂,and ＂acceptance management＂in the hope of strengthening management and ensuring an effective industry-universityresearch cooperation.
