能源开采及消耗与经济增长关系的空间计量分析被引量：1

摘要本文选取1998-2011年的省际面板数据,对中国能源开采及消耗与经济增长的关系进行空间计量分析,并检验中国是否存在"资源诅咒"效应。结果表明:能源开采及其空间滞后与经济增长有正向关系,"资源诅咒"转变为"资源祈福",围绕能源生产的产业群效应已凸显,而能源消耗却开始阻碍经济增长;能源开采与外商投资对能源丰裕区的经济有正向作用,对能源匮乏区的经济有负向作用。
