摘要
社会资本对企业绩效的积极影响已得到众多学者的肯定,但是关于社会资本如何作用于企业发展,即社会资本对企业发展的作用机制、作用途径问题,理论界仍欠缺比较深入的研究和分析。为此,以企业社会资本为研究视角,通过分析企业社会资本对企业技术创新、企业融资和公司治理的作用机理来剖析社会资本对企业发展的作用机制。
The positive effects about social capital to enterprise performance have access to many scholars, but about how social capital affects to enterprise development, namely social capital on en- terprise development mechanism, theoretical circles still lack deep research and analysis. Based on the enterprise social capital perspective, the article analyzed the mechanisms of corporate social cap- ital on technological innovation, corporate finance and corporate governance, which provides the basis for further research on the social capital and enterprise development.
